Edward M. Palmquist

 Edward M. Palmquist 70, DeKalb, died Tuesday Feb. 9, 1988 at Kishwaukee Community Hospital. He was born October 22, 1997, in DeKalb, the son of Carl and Matilda (Persson) Palmquist. He married Ann Della Perkins in Leland, September 1, 1951. He was employed at General Electric in DeKalb for more than 28 years, where he worked in the quality control department. He was a member of Hillcrest Covenant Church, DeKalb, where he served on numerous boards and committees. He was also a member of the Kishwaukee Stamp Club.

 He is survived by a daughter (from a previous marriage) Judi Palmquist of Westlake Village, CA; three sons, Larry Palmquist, DeKalb, David (Evelyn) Palmquist of Reno, NV, and Kenneth (Bobbi) Palmquist De Kalb; four grandchildren; one sister Alice Palmquist and one brother, Milford Palmquist, both of Westlake Village, CA; also several nieces and nephews.
 

 Services will be at 1:30 P.M. Saturday at the Hillcrest Covenant Church. Rev. James Sandberg will officiate. Burial will be at Fairview Park Cemetery. Friends may call Friday afternoon and evening from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home.
