Margaret Boland, Chicago, for many years a resident of Afton, passed away Saturday Afternoon, Oct. 6, 1956.  Survivors include a son, Edward M. Sylvester; two daughters, Mrs. Alice Waite and Mrs. Margaret Screen; two brothers, Stephen Powers, LaKota, Ia., and Fred Powers, Chicago;  four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  She was precede in death by her husband, Edward F. Boland; a daughter, Mary and a son John.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 9 a.am. from the funeral home at Halstead and 76th Street to St. Leo's Church.  mass at 9:30 a.m.  Grave side services will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery in DeKalb at 12:30 p.m.
